O Coto in Lugo province
There are several towns in different provinces called O Coto. This one is about halfway between Sarria and Santiago de Compostela. Two to three days left to walk.
There was a chestnut tree on the trail. I gathered a few.
Mushrooms and a snake seen trailside

Shed. Saw others similar to this along the trail
Empty buildings and a churchyard, with similar shed.

Some english-speaker is perhaps not having the best pilgramage.
The trail.
Trailside memorial
Birdhouses, perhaps made from gourds.
Trail marker; indicating 65km to go.
Statue of a pilgrm (or is it Saint James himself?)
Common breakfast of a potato omlette thing. Not bad, but such
a common breakfast offering along the trail that it grows boring.
Corn and autumn crops drying, perhaps for ornamental purposes.

This is dairy country.
