Los Angeles Santee Alley
Santee Alley is in Los Angeles’ Fashion District. Crowded stalls offer everything imaginable (and a few things I never would have imagined).

Bacon-wrapped hot dogs- the famous LA street food.

We passed on the hot dogs, had tacos instead.

Another hot dog truck, with an eye-catching name.

Some people refer to this part of LA as the “Fabric District,” rather than the “Fashion District.” In the area around 7th and Maple there are more sellers of fabric and craft supplies than clothing.

Lots of bootleg DVDs on offer for $5 each. These were of movies still in theaters.

Creepy-cute dolls for sale.
